Preserving the ancient tradition of yoga,
River Yoga offers Private Sessions.
Traditionally, the practice
of yoga was only taught on the basis of one instructor
to one student. These sessions allow the teaching to
be individualized to the needs of each student. Private
sessions
are also used for meditation, satsang and chanting. The
teacher will work to meet the needs and desires of the
student in a safe, private atmosphere.
One-on-Ones provide
the opportunity for a student to work individually with
an approved River Yoga teacher within
a regularly
scheduled class setting. During the class, the instructor
provides hands-on assists in every pose, helping the
student to go deeper into the poses, while maintaining
proper alignment.
For the student who wants to deepen their yoga practice,
learn modifications tailored for them or for the student
who just wants an unbelievable experience, the One-on-One
is an irreplaceable tool!
Private Sessions and One-on-Ones can be booked through the front desk. If you wish to just book a massage or a private consultation), you may contact the practitioner directly. There is a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
